DIRECTOR'S DUTIES

To chair the school boards, to implement the decisions of the committees and to ensure regular work between the colleges,

To report to the Rector about the general status and functioning of the School at the end of each school year and when requested,

To inform the Rectorate of the school's allowance and staffing needs together with its justification, to submit the proposal for the school budget to the Rector's Office after receiving the opinion of the school board.

To perform other duties assigned to it by laws and regulations.

Manager; In the rational use and development of the teaching capacity of the school and its affiliated units; to provide necessary social services to the students by taking security measures when necessary; in the regular execution of educational, scientific and publication activities; overseeing and supervising all activities; he is primarily responsible to the Rector for the monitoring and control and for taking the results.

 

DUTIES OF MANAGER ASSISTANTS

SCHOOL SECRETARY DUTIES

To serve as a reporter without participating in the Board of Higher Education Council and School of Higher Education, to ensure that the decisions taken in these committees are written, protected and kept,

To communicate the decisions of the School Board and the Executive Board of the School of Higher Education to the School and its affiliated units,

To advise the Director about the personnel to be assigned in the administrative organization of the school,

To conduct the correspondence of the college,

To ensure that security measures are taken when necessary,

To assist in the regular execution of education and training activities,

To comply with the principles of saving,

To ensure that the tools and equipment that are used are kept ready for service at any time,

DIRECTOR OF SECRETARY DIRECTOR

Coordinating the meetings and meetings of the Director and Deputy Directors in and out of the University,

Coordinating the telephone conversations of the Director and Assistant Managers,

Coordinating the meetings of the School of Higher Education with the administrative and academic staff and ensuring that they are announced by official letter and e-mail,

To make correspondence with the program coordinators, academic and administrative staff of the Directorate of Higher Education,

To prepare the agenda of the School Board and the Board of Higher Education, to write the resolutions and submit them to the signature. To ensure that the signed decisions are sent to the related units and persons by means of official letter,

To make correspondence with the Rectorate belonging to the Directorate,

To write secret writings and keep secret records of the Administrative and Academic Staff of our university,

To communicate the requests and meetings of the Directorate of Higher Education via e-mail,

 Preparing the academic activity report for each academic year in accordance with the format of our Rectorate, based on the information delivered from the instructors and administrative offices,

To comply with the principles of saving,

To make sure that the tools and equipment they are using are always ready for service.

 

 

STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE DUTIES

To carry out the paperwork with the transfer of the Directorate,

To follow and finalize student petitions,

To realize student travel card transactions,

Recording industrial internship procedures,

To fulfill the obligations related to examination procedures,

Fulfillment of obligations related to transfer operations,

To fulfill the obligations related to graduation procedures,

Student registration process,

To perform operations related to student automation system,

Students to perform military service deferment procedures,

To fulfill the duties related to Vertical Transition Exam,

Receiving the examination documents,

To comply with the principles of saving,

The tools and equipment they are using are always ready for service
